Money

We charge for most of our work by the hour. The charge for each hour is made up of the hourly rate for the developer plus 10% finder's fee, paid to the person who introduced the partner organistion to Paneris. There is also a 10% management fee paid to the Paneris project leader for management duties such as

Finders Fee

The finders fee is envisaged as a sales incentive, for members of Paneris to sell the work of other members.

Current Rates

We currently charge £33.33 per hour for a developer. This means that £3.33 per hour goes to the finder and the £3.33 to the project leader. This means that our fee to customers is £40.00 per hour (a penny goes to the Paneris fund :-)
